February was no good for me. I think I really need to carve out some regular reading time, I've been spending too much time watching television.Ashhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00878749520906342274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-40532986026390766982011-03-02T17:43:48.914-05:002011-03-02T17:43:48.914-05:00This reading list makes me feel like a slacker. Then I'll be moving on to some PG Wodehouse and the first book in the Sherlock Holmes series. I'm up for reading suggestions for when I'm done with that.Amber Elle Turnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07708965401235391782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-4167759502148172482011-03-02T16:17:25.543-05:002011-03-02T16:17:25.543-05:00Hit a wall? I contemplated reading it back-to-back then decided I wanted to stretch out the pleasure and read one a month.Breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01289499533606873690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-18031264028793293412011-03-02T15:34:51.806-05:002011-03-02T15:34:51.806-05:00I actually read more than that in february, but as...I actually read more than that in february, but as I read loads of graphic novels and a couple of kids books, i'm not counting them! I need to get the rest because I really liked The Lightening Thief.

If you like War and Peace, I would suggest one of his short stories called Father Sergius. It was an interesting look at the clergy in RussiaThe Book Nookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06646150121058964626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-76440864359336156592011-03-02T08:29:59.202-05:002011-03-02T08:29:59.202-05:00My 11yo son loves the Riordan books, and so does m...My 11yo son loves the Riordan books, and so does my DH. I still haven't read them, but after all my Greek epic stuff, they might be just perfect!

I'm currently reading Of Mice and Men with my son. I've not read any other Steinbeck but this read is definitely reminding me how much I love his style. Must try some of his others!Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09543197858284977937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-4682019813996056432011-03-01T23:47:22.787-05:002011-03-01T23:47:22.787-05:00If you had read ONLY War & Peace over two mont...If you had read ONLY War & Peace over two months I would still be impressed -- I read Anna Karenina in a month for a book group and that was pretty much the only thing I read that month. (And I was the only one in the group who finished it!). Besides, when I read War&Peace it was in college and that's what we read the entire quarter, about three months! I'm very impressed. I like that you had such a good balance of books.Karen K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13483190930383406559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-48897238093705692902011-03-01T23:03:01.098-05:002011-03-01T23:03:01.098-05:00Have I ever told you how much I enjoy reading a se...Have I ever told you how much I enjoy reading a series back-to-back? I can definitely relate to be being really tired and not wanting to read necessarily when I get home. the key for me is finding a book I can really get excited about.Zoëhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05485997747361791052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-12965068908289837102011-03-01T21:30:27.419-05:002011-03-01T21:30:27.419-05:0013 books in 28 days is impressive!13 books in 28 days is impressive!Grace at Feeding My Book Addictionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05699800520226794140noreply@blogger.com
