I am trying to go back and read some of the classics, like Canterbury Tales, War and Peace etc... but my TBR pile is at least 4 shelves long. So much so that I am now going to have to start theming my blog to coordinate my reading and to push through. I think I am going to dedicate to classics... I don't know so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.Starr Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00617802298680632466noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-45851627816856017772011-09-15T18:18:55.035-04:002011-09-15T18:18:55.035-04:00I've always had a book acquisition problem too...I've always had a book acquisition problem too. In that way, I think it would be too confusing for me. I like that you mentioned that you research the books you read for additional contexts or insights. Literature is so great because of all the different interpretations and viewpoints out there. After well over three years of it, though, I finally rejected most of those changes and am back to reading the way I always did. My reading is a little broader than it used to be - more modern lit - but I'm back to getting my books from the library, reading books one by one, taking breaks between them, reading according to my whims rather than challenges or recommendations, etc. Interesting to see how that changed in the last year.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07026099426503180472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6543330341390707771.post-71257739904484801292011-09-15T08:33:30.007-04:002011-09-15T08:33:30.007-04:00I really enjoyed your post.
